Perhaps just like you, I started my career as an aesthetician looking to make a difference in the lives of my clients one treatment at a time. I quickly became obsessed with skin care and made it my niche - a decision I'm certain was the catalyst to my career success.

When I began my education in aesthetics I sought out the very best; CIDESCO accreditation. For the first time in my life learning seemed a little more fun and a lightbulb sparked. Passion for my subject was step one in my learning success. Sound familiar?
It was this realization that helped me begin to identify the other keys to advancing my knowledge and committing information to memory with ease. I was and still am fiercely dedicated to developing new educational tools like the ones that have helped me succeed beyond my wildest dreams. Quickly, my co-workers began to use my methods and my education career began.
Now, over a decade later, I am proud to say that I've used the same tools I developed for myself to help thousands of skin care professionals all over the world.

5 Things I've achieved through my passion for knowledge...
No. 1... I learned to overcome my fear of public speaking. There once was a time when I couldn't even speak in front of just 2 or 3 people. After investing in training and pushing myself out of my comfort zone, I now regularly speak in front of 100+ people on business and skin care education
No. 2... I've worked with professional skin care brands all over the world. I've been lucky enough to travel and work with some of the most prestigious skin care brands in the industry. I've been mentored by the most accomplished skin care leaders and in turn have been able to impart that knowledge on training teams and skin care professionals around the globe.
No. 3... I went from Aesthetician to Facialist to Sales Coach to Educator to Global Training Manager in just a few short years. I now help my fellow skin care professionals reach their career goals like I did. If you dream of becoming an educator, influencer, entrepreneur or sales representative you're in the right place!
No. 4... I decide how much money I make. My dedication to knowledge was the catalyst to achieving financial success early on in my skin care career. I have researched, tested, and developed the most effective ways to earn high sales commissions, gratuities, and quickly achieve career advancement. These are the same techniques that helped me reach an income of six figures plus and I guarantee they're not anything you've heard before.
No. 5... I found my purpose. I consider this my greatest accomplishment because I know it's not easy to come by. To truly know how you can help make a difference in the lives of others is a powerful tool that guides everything I do to help skin care professionals grow and achieve their dreams. The more we each accomplish the better we can all do for the world and I'm so grateful to be able to contribute to that.
